These terms add to our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use LULU, including Dating. You are responsible for following the laws of your country.
You are solely responsible for everything you post, send or share. You keep ownership of your content and grant LULU a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it to operate the service.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, nudity involving minors, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal goods, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
LULU does not run background checks. You interact with other users, online or in person, entirely at your own risk. Never send money to people you meet here.
Every profile displays official links to the LULU apps. These links are part of the service and cannot be removed or edited.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LULU and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any user conduct or content. Total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to defend and hold harmless LULU and its owners from any claims arising from your content, your conduct, or your violation of these terms.
Disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions, where permitted by law. You may opt out within 30 days of signing up by contacting us.
We may update these terms or end the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
