2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and improve the Design Product App service
• Enable design creation, download, and management
• Process payments and unlock requests
• Send service updates and notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Prevent fraud and enforce terms

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You assume all risk of data loss or unauthorized access. We are not liable for any breach or loss of your designs.

4. Your Designs & Content

As set out in our Terms of Service, all designs generated on this platform are the property of King Studios; you receive a limited showcase license. We store generated designs to enable downloads and management. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your designs
• Ensuring your designs do not infringe third-party rights
• Complying with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts and associated designs after 12 months of non-use.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers (payment processors, hosting providers)
• Legal authorities if required by law
• As necessary to enforce our terms and protect rights

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember preferences and improve your experience. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your account and designs
• Download your design data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, we retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes. Deleted designs cannot be recovered.

11. Identity Verification Data (Photos, Location & IP)

Some features collect additional identity data only with your explicit, in-the-moment consent:

• Contract signing: a webcam photo, approximate GPS location, IP address, and device information are captured when you digitally sign a design contract or partnership agreement, solely to authenticate and enforce that agreement
• Account security: an optional security photo and your IP address may be recorded at account creation to help you recover access

This data is never sold, is shared only as described in Section 5, and is retained for the life of the related contract or account plus any legally required period. You may decline by not using these features; declining prevents completion of the related signing or signup flow. To request deletion where no active contract requires retention, contact the service provider.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
